Hi @PrettyPersonal, thanks for your post! At the moment, discounts and coupons do not sync between Square Point of Sale and the Square Online site. Discounts setup on your Square Dashboard will not apply on your website.
To offer a discount on your website, you'll need to create a coupon code that customer can redeem when they place an order. This thread has a bit more information on setting up discounts versus setting up coupon code which might be helpful!
One thing to note: we don't have quantity-based discount i.e. buy 2 for £20 at the moment. You can only set discount coupons so it'll either applied to a specific item or if the order is over a certain amount. A workaround would be to make separate bundle items e.g. "pack of 3" with the discounted price.
I hope this will help!

Hello, hoping to jump onto this thread as I'm in the process of setting my store. I need to be a le to offer 4 for £10 etc and am happy to have these as a separate listing with modifiers but really need the selections made by my customer to affect the stock levels. Is there a way to do this? It's an absolute priority for me as I only have low stock levels of each item so if it's not something that can be supported by square I will need to look elsewhere for my website and payment provider.
