Disappearing Invoices

I've been using SQ since it came out & have never had the disappearing invoices issue until now. I've been trying for 2 weeks to get paid via invoice from one client. Have sent 2 invoices, both of which have disappeared from SQ.

Contacted SQ via email & their response was to resend. Most unhelpful, as the invoices have disappeared & even a search can't find them. I have copies, which I'd cc'd myself, so I know they went out.

 

The client has tried accessing the invoice from different computers & browsers but the invoice keeps closing. I see in the help topics that their may be an identity or bank issue with the clients credit card but the client claims they're unable to even enter their info. I am able to open the invoice from my cc'd email & it hasn't crashed, but then I haven't tried to enter info. It is also interesting that I can open the invoice but it is no longer available on SQ.

 

Anyone have any helpful info? Thank you!

It sounds like you might've unchecked one of the boxes that filter your invoices. 

 

Make sure these boxes are checked so that all of your invoices show up:

 

If that doesn't make the invoice appear for you, we might need to speak with you on the phone to go through and search for the specific invoice.

 

In regards to your customer not being able to pay the invoice, that might be due to a web browser issue since you're able to pull up the invoice with no trouble on your end. Have them clear the cache of the web browser they're using, or switch to a different web browser all together.

I have 2 invoices which do not appear on my Square reports.  What next?  How do I track them?
