A lot of my product descriptions have started disappearing.
Has anyone else seen this issue?
Has anyone resolved it?
Some items, we have entered the description for about 3 times now, but they keep disappearing.

Thanks for reaching out about this.
Our engineers were previously made aware of this occurring for some Sellers, when items were updated via iOS. They released a fix yesterday to resolve the issue, and are currently working on the restoration of affected description data.
I’d recommend you check that your Square app is updated to the latest version from the App Store, to ensure you’ve received the hotfix.

Since you’re fixed suggests getting the newest version, that can’t be the problem, because I just downloaded this version a few days ago. I had descriptions for the services on my webpage and two of them are now not showing. Please help this is very frustrating!

We experienced this issue as well. When will the original descriptions be restored to all affected items?
