Customer says they were charged twice

I have a customer who says they were chartged twice on their bank statment. But when I look in Dashboard, it only shows up as once. I did a refund, but now I'm not getting paid. What happened and how do I fix it so I can get paid?

This has also happened to me this morning my case was charged five times! I also issued a refund. We decided to meet in person for the payment instead. But I want to know for future reference how would get my money if meeting wasn't an option.
