Customer name stopped showing up on email confirmations

Hello!  In the last couple of days, on the email confirmations that we get for orders, the customer name stopped showing up - just the email address.  Is this something that changed with Square for some reason?  We really rely on that.  The customer name is still on the order in the 'Orders' section of square, so we know the customer is still entering their name, but it's not on the email notice we receive for the order.

Hi @HappyValleyFarm and thanks for posting. I'm sorry that this has caused so much confusion and frustration for you and I can understand how important it would be to have that information available to you in all formats of the online store. 

 

It looks like this update may have been intended by our development team, but I'm currently reaching out for more information from engineering. I will be sure to post any updates as soon as I find them.
