Customer display goes back to total when they’re looking at available rewards
After a customer checks in for their loyalty programs, when they’re swiping left and right on the customer display for rewards, the screen always times out in a way and goes back to the total screen. This happens when they’re in the middle of looking at rewards and even before they have clicked to redeem an award. It’s frustrating and annoying. Any help would be great

@Nolanryan Doesn't sound like a bug. I assume that's expected behavior, but I can see how the screen timing out can be annoying.

How would that be expected behavior? When a customer is looking at available awards it just randomly goes back to total screen?

Apologies, because you mentioned the screen 'times out', I assumed the customer took a minute to tap the screen and therefore closed out - similar to when an iPad goes to sleep due to inactivity.
