Hi I’ve been having a little bit of trouble with some credit cards not processing through the appointments app. Anybody else have this problem ?

I have a client who has paid online thru the scheduling app which is linked to square, and all of a sudden her credit card will not process. She tried a few times and even tried another credit card. Please help- frustrating for a good client!
