We created a coupon for our customers. All customers we have get invoiced thru square. No customers are able to redeem said coupon. They all say there is no button when they open our invoice to redeem the coupon. Any help is greatly appreciated

I don't believe there is a way for customers to add coupons to their invoices. Do you need to manually send invoices or could you set-up a Square Online store for them to purchase? That way they could apply their coupon. Otherwise, you'd have to manually add their discount before you send the invoice.

Hi @thetoyguys01. @sugarlab is correct about not being able to apply coupon codes to invoices. I’m going to add another workaround in case you don’t have an online store to use that workaround.
For the coupons you have already sent, I would recommend sending a follow-up email to let the customers know that they need to call you first to inform you of the coupon they will be redeeming. Then you can edit their invoice with the appropriate discount and send it to them for payment. Then, for future coupons, you might want to add some instructions to that effect. I know that is just a workaround, but it should allow you to honor those that you have already sent out.
