When I try to create a new invoice it will not allow me to click on the button. It is like the button has been disabled.
I cant invoice my customers, i click the create invoice button and nothing works, it was fine earlier!

I heard back from tech support. They said the same thing... On both computers, I cleared my cache & cookies, made sure they were up to date (they were), and even rebooted... and still have the same issue with both. I don't use Chrome, only IE-11. I haven't had this problem before, and don't know why I'm having it now.
The tech indicated I can create & email an invoice from the App. It's inconvenient, but I'm stuck with that till the issue is corrected.
I don't use Square much. Maybe 3-4 times per year. It's frustrating when it doesn't work like it should.

It's fixed! I can create invoices from my desktop, now. Must have been an issue with Square, because I didn't change anything on my end.

I noticed the same problem yesterday afternoon on my Windows 7 & Internet Explorer computer. I even tried it with a different computer (Windows 10 & IE 11)... Same problem. I sent in a request for support yesterday, I'll post back here when I hear back.

@ComeHome and @chrisinestes I'm sorry to hear your having trouble with sending an invoice.
We recommend using Google Chrome for the Square Dashboard. But if you're still having issues try clearing the cookies & cache on your web browser and restarting the program. This fixes most issues with the Square Dashboard.
