Create An Item page unresponsive AGAIN
Last month our Create An Item page was unresponsive, on the dashboard. Square opened a ticket and after three weeks someone told us they ran a fix and it started working again. Now it’s not working again. When the screen opens from the Item Library page we can’t type any info or select anything from drop down menus.
everything is up to date, internet is working fine, history has been cleared. The problem is happening on our iPad using both Chrome and Safari and on a laptop with Safari.
please help! We can’t receive items in the dashboard. and we can’t receive them in the app because we can’t enter all the details we need - cost, vendor...

How did you create a ticket? Or how did you get square to look into it?

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.
You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop. Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.

HI, there has been a couple of discussions on the board regarding Square not being responsive. If you are trying to add items at the busiest time of the day there is a significant lag.
