Contactless feature?

My chip reader works perfectly, but the contactless feature is not working.  How can I fix this?

Could you tell me what happens when you try a contactless payment step by step? 

We can get to the bottom of this together!

Sure...I connect my reader as usual (press the small button and my ipad reads "reader connected". I can insert a credit card iwth chip and it reads perfectly.  But If I try to do an "Apple Pay" nothing happens.  I tried with different people, and devices.  Their phone is ready, we wave it close, and nothing. I was sure that my reader and ipad were close enought together as well.   I did read that the reader should have a single green light on...but that never happens.  I try to press the little button again but I just get the 4 green dots and thats all.  I must be missing something.  😞

Hi @SFVS

In order to ready your Contactless and Chip Card Reader to accept a contactless payment, you'll want to tap the blue "Charge" button on your iPad. 

Tapping "Charge" will cause the green light to appear on the reader, indicating that it's ready for either form of payment.
