Confirmation Texts Not Sending

My Appointments app has stopped sending confirmation and reminder texts! When I try to manually send confirmation I get an error stating "Confirmation request failed, verify the contact information is correct" I get this error on every single client and I am certain the phone number is correct. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I have the same problem. I think there's a bug with the last update. I can't seem to contact anyone to get answers. have you been able to find any results?

They took that feature away unless you pay for the monthly subscription.

I'm having the same problem.  It started 5/1/2022. Has anyone found an answer to this issue? 

 

Just read a thread that square is not offering this service anymore to single employee status.  You have to have a plus or more membership now I guess. I hope someone else can confirm.

Yes they removed this feature unless you pay for the monthly subscription.

I ran into the same issue. Problem is ....not I can't find out how to subscribe to "Plus feature ". Does anyone know how?
