Client claims double charge
I have a client that claims they were double charged but I do not show any transactions in my reports that show a double charge. What should I tell them?

To wait a couple of days. There may be a pending pre-authorization sitting on the account. Most banks will indicate pending transactions from posted transactions. It should go away after a day or two.
