Categories not showing up on new location

I added a new location but the online ordering shows the individual items under "items" and not the categories they are assigned to. The other 3 locations I have are showing correctly.

I got one of the categories to list correctly. I changed the location name, removed and added all items back.  The simmering sauces, hot sauce and merchandise is still listed under "items".  This is only happening for the 2430 Stevens Center location which was just set up.  The other 3 locations have the items listed under the correct categories.
