We use the cash drawer we got from Square, but open it using the key (rather than connecting to the stand). Someone closed and locked it on a previous shift and it seems the lock jammed. We were finally able to open it with the key, but now the drawer physically will not close. It seems like it's off a track or somehow isn't sitting properly (it's sitting too low). Is there a way to fix this, or should we try to replace it?

the whole drawer can come out and you can get the wheels back on the right track.
