Cant log into original account. Yet my iPad is still logged in

I tried signing in and it states there is not account associated with my email and password, yet I have been conducting business for over a month. I tried changing password, said no account associated with email;. However my iPad is still loged in and abkle to process sales and transactions as was my cell phone. I loged out of that but lost everything.

 

My invetory, my customers, everything ios gone!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This has happened to me before.  Whatever you do - do not log out of your iPad and call support as soon as possible.  This may be the only way to keep access.

Wish I could help more but it was too long ago when it happened to me.  All I know is we saved it by having my ipad still logged in.
