Cannot contact square???

I have tried calling. Says to get a customer code. There is no code page as instructed. Tried FB messages, Tried Twitter, cannot contact Square in ANY WAY. It's been TWO days of trying!!! This is totally unacceptable! I need customer rep right now!! My customer wants to know why she was charged twice and I NEED HELP!!!!

Click the link.  https://squareup.com/help/us/en/contact  It takes you to the contact page.  Select your Location if you have more than one.  Follow the prompts.  Once through them it will give you a phone number and code.
