Can the same account be used on multiple mobile devices?
When I first got the account set up I didn't have any hardware and just keyed in card information into the app installed on my wife's phone. Now that I got the Contactless+Chip unit I tried pairing it with my phone but it would not pair. I tried customer support and did all they suggested but nothing would work. (The swipe square worked fine by plugging it into the phone microphone jack.) So I tried pairing it with my wife's phone, which is the same as mine a Galaxy Note 4, and it paird just fine. I tried rebooting all the equipment and uninstalling-reinstalling the app but still nothing. All my settings on my phone are identical to my wife's phone. I have to wonder if the unit is bad or perhaps can only be paired with one device. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!
