Can't update my stock

All day the system keeps telling me to check back to update my stock. Is there a break in the system? I see this is a recurring issue and one I've had numerous times.

I have the same problem...all the time. Whether I'm working with an item already in inventory or creating a new item. It's maddening to sit there for 3 minutes watching the spinning circle of death only to have it once again say "We're sorry, but we weren't able to access your stock information. Please save your item and try again."

I'm having the same issue today.  I added multiple new items but all of them just spin and then tell me it can't access stock information.

 

If I try to add through Items instead of Online Items, which will let me update inventory, and even though I have sync on, it won't sync the items to the online items so that isn't even a work around.

I'm having the exact same problem today. I added 26 new items today. Only 3 of them synced with my item library. I've been waiting for about an hour but the rest have not synced, therefore I cannot add my stock quantity. Can't open my store until I can set the quantities. Argh.

This isn't the experience that we want you to have. You can give us a call at 855-700-6000 between 6 am - 6 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday.
