When we ring up an order and attempt to select "Charge (and whatever the customer owes)" nothing happens. We are able click other items so it's not and IPad problem. We have never had this problem before and can't find a solution. Anyone have an idea of how to fix this?

Hello @swaneri, interesting I saw a similar question while scrolling through Square's Twitter feed earlier today.
Have you tried force quitting the app and then restarting? This typically solves the issue.
