Can’t Clock in or Out

Hi

 

New user - After the system outage yesterday 7/15/2022, clock in/out is not working on my POS.  I logged in with my email address, and only I, the owner, can clock in.  The system no longer asks for my 4 digit passcode. I’ve tried rebooting. The system will prompt to clock in, but only for me. How do I fix this so my folks can track their time?  As far as I can tell tracking is enabled.

Go to Settings > Team Management > Track team member time.  If it is already enabled, disable and re-enable it. I'd start there before calling support.

Sorry you are running into some issues. 

 

Also lets make sure the passcode setting on the device is on. 

 

More > Settings > Security > Passcodes 

 

If the issue is continuing please contact Direct Support 1-855-700-6000. They can troubleshoot some more on their end,  and file a ticket if needed.
