Its frustrating not having an ACTUAL REAL customer support to contact ?? What gives ?

New operator new bar code scanner is installed works for a few days NOW ITS DEAD ...

Who can I complain to or get it replaced ?

This is more than a problem is annoying as well ....HELP Please
