Appointments: Where did my calendar go??

A customer just called to tell me my calendar is not working!!!  It lets her pick the service she wants, but then the calendar is completely blank!! No wonder no appointments have been coming in this way in the past two days. I had a client a few days ago do i just fine and now.. nothing.  I need help ASAP to find out what's wrong and how I need to fix it. I can't afford to lose customers because of this. If I need another appointment software, tell me that, too!  Thank you in advance.  Jennifer

@Picperfectuma I'm so sorry to hear your client wasn't able to book an appointment with you. The steps in this article will help you to troubleshoot your availability and you could also try to book an appointment yourself to see if it was an issue with your clients device.

 

If the troubleshooting steps don't do the trick please do call our CS team so an Appointments Specialist can investigate and make sure you're set up to accept appointments.
