Appointments Disappearing

We have been having problems with appointments disappearing from our calendar. The appointments are not visible on any method of looking at the calendar - including 2 android phones, one iPad, one square POS, and two different browsers on square online dashboard. They do not show up as canceled when we enable show canceled appointments.

 

They have shown back up in groups before - but I'm not sure if they disappeared in groups. I am also not entirely sure how long they were gone - just that they returned before the date of the appointment because we had to scramble to re-book double-booked clients.

 

I can not locate the missing appointments when I set a customer group to show me clients whose last booked appointment is less than 1 day ago (which shows future bookings) either.

This definitely sounds odd! 

When you have a moment, can you check if there are any outstanding updates on your Square Appointments app? Also let us know if you have more than one location that the appointment could have been booked under. I'll keep an eye out for your reply 🙂

The app on which device? The phones, ipad and computer browsers are all up to date. We reinstalled the app on both phones and tablet recently. I can have someone check on the POS.

 

We only have one location set up in the system.

@Arie everything appears to be up-to-date. Both of the phones have up-to-date apps the iPad has an up-to-date app the browsers are... browsers and they are up to date - but that's neither here nor there. The point of sale system appears to be up to date, we can't seem to locate any way to force an update through atleast.
