Apple Pay or Google pay on invoices especially with tip options , doesn’t work!!!
Clients say they paid! It’s pending on their card. They say Square needs to request or accept the payment. Where would I do that?
also I have tipping options and they don’t even get to that screen and Apple says they paid. But it’s still open invoice. It shows “viewed” but still open and this doesn’t work!!!!!!!!!

Hmm, sounds like the card info your customer entered didn't match what their bank has on file so the transaction declined. These type of failures result in a pending transaction on your customer's bank statement even though the payment wasn't successful. It's the responsibility of their bank to release those funds.
I wish I can push the payment through, but Square doesn't have the ability retroactively reprocess the transaction, nor the ability to request it. I advise your customers to verify the correct card info and try paying the invoice again.

No. It’s not just this one person.
every single person who tries it it doesn’t work.
how do they also add tips if the option to Apple Pay is right there on the invoice and never takes them through the tip page?
Ive had people trying this for
months. Apple Pay and Google pay. Both types just pend and then fall off.
