Anyone else have issue with the printer not working?

We use a square stand with an ipad, startronics printer, and cash drawer. We have issues with the printer not working, of course it always seams to happen with the customers that want a receipt and its super busy. Our internet provider also claims the combination is drawing on our wireless. Anyone have any input on this? We love square but have honestly looked at other alternatives because of this issue alone.

For us it is usually an ipad issue, we just restart the ipad and then no problems.
