All order notifications and receipts go to spam

Hi,

Many, many of our customers (nearly all of them) have shared with us that our order notifications and receipts all go to spam. Our domain is via Square, but I know the emails that go out have our email address and then say sent via weebly.com. 

Is there an SPF record or something that is supposed to be added to prevent this from happening? It seems ridiculous that Square's email notifications for customers would all go to spam.
