All of my client's items are disabled in Meta Sales Channel

I have connected my client's Square to Facebook and Instagram. However, the items will not display in Commerce Manager. When I go to the Meta Sales Channel in Square, it lists all items as disabled without explanation or a way to resolve the issue.

 

I am unable to see if there are any policy conflicts with Meta, because again, the items are not displayed in the Meta Commerce Manager despite being connected to the catalogue. All troubleshooting tells me to click the "issues" icon to resolve the problem; but there is no icon. Because there is no product.

Hello there @vheennstudio

 

With the Meta integration, I know that they have recently restricted Square from processing transactions from their end. Our team is currently in talks with Meta about making this a possibility. However, you may still sync your Square Online items and checkout with Meta's payment gateway. If you are unsure on how to move forward, I would recommend that you contact their support team.
