Activity on iPad App is blank

My Square app is not listing my activity on my iPad like it has been since we went live.  Sometimes it doesn't give the option to print or send receipts or I needs second copies for customer files.  How can I make this reappear?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. The activity page in your Point of Sale app should update immediately after a transaction is completed. 

 

Have you tried any troubleshooting?  Have you made sure that your device and Point of Sale app are updated to the latest version?

My activity column has not updated for 4 days. What should I do? No option to print receipt either
