The new merge of appointments and point of sale is a huge cluster. If I’m on a phone call using the headphone jack I get a blasting noise in my ear and can’t book an appointment or check my schedule. Not to mention the ringing in my ears after, which is a health hazard. If the phone is charging the app can’t be used at all because the “headphone” port is being used. This is a HUGE problem and needs to be fixed immediately, if I’m not actively using the mag swipe I should be able to choose the microphone access. The app won’t let you turn off access and that’s ridiculous.
