2nd location no longer syncs inventory correctly with Ecwid

I created an online store with Ecwid and my inventory has been syncing smoothly.  We just opened a 2nd location for the business and I will be transferring inventory between the 2 locations.  My first attempt doing this worked smoothly on square but I noticed that my inventory was not correct.  When looking over stock history, Ecwid had either "received" or "sold" the amount of stock I had just moved from one location to another, so now my inventory is either over or under the correct amount.  When emailing Ecwid about issue they said they did not support more than one location and to create another square account, which is out of the question, as all of my inventory and sales need to be synced to same account.  Any advice?

Hey @MountainFreak!

 

Since Ecwid is a third party with us, you'd want to reach out to them to troubleshoot this.

 

We're able to advise on how to sync the two but any troubleshooting would have to be asked to the third party. Let us know what they say!
