sign up for UPS or not?

I have the plan that's one up from the free plan. and am wondering if the mail options that come with it are sufficient? Like can i weigh my packages from home and print out shipping info off the internet and track the packages?or will i need to sign up for UPS and or FedEx? And how does selling to other country's work?
