getting a printable activity report

We need a monthly activity report in bank statement form PDF format for the square card. How?

Although Square can't provide a pdf version of your Square Card activity, you can export a spreadsheet of your Card Spend  from Dashboard >  Balance > Activity > Card Spend. Use the date selector to view month by month.

Hi there, @EAGRADY - thanks for reaching out. Would you mind clarifying your post? What specifically is happening when you attempt to download your report? Can you explain specifically what you are seeing?

I have MS Office installed on my laptop, but the files cannot be opened.

The file should download in a CSV format, but your device may be trying to convert the file into an excel sheet through MS office. Are you receiving any kind of error message? @EAGRADY.
