I need to discount some clients 15% for services and/or retail products. How do I do this when checking them out?

Go to your online dashboard and create a discount then add to your grid. You can also choose specific item or category for every time you ring that item up it automatically applies the !5% discount. Wish you the best.

Hi, I've created two different discounts (one today and one months ago), and neither one comes up when I enter the name of the discounts in the discount field.  This is the main frustration with Square and the reason I am looking to use other payment systems.  Please help.  Thank you.

So the new system has a link add discount when you to the totals. Or if you are on the old system you can add a button on the screen. Square considers the discount as an item. So scroll through all items then click and make a button for it.
