assigning weights to physical items

I feel like I'm missing something super simple here, but figured I'd take a break from beating my head against the wall and ask someone else.

I have a very limited # of items I'm wanting to sell and I'd like to base my shipping rates on the weight of an order.  For the life of me I can't figure out how to assign a weight to an individual item.  The only thing that looks like weight at all is the 'Unit' option under variations, but that doesn't seem to be what I need.

I know I have to be missing this as the shipping options pretty much tell me this is possible.

In order to make sure i'm understanding, what website builder did you use to create your site (Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy, WooCommerce etc.)? Also, can you provide the URL to your website/page? Thank you!
