How do I addiffiliate links to products of a vendor for sales?

Hey all, 

I signed up with a company to become an affiliate of theirs to earn some commission off sales of their products that I would normally care on my site but they haven't approved me yet as i don't have  brick & mortar yet. I am not sure if i need to add the physical product or just create a page with links to the products that way? any suggestions? thank you!
