Why, when entering password to change bank account, the wrong password is reported,Even though I have entered the correct password.Please! help me solve this problem.

Hey @vnm018802,

It would only state so if the password entered is wrong or typo'd.

We'd recommend making sure there are no spaces or typos in the password you're entering as that would be the only reason for that message. 

You can also reset your password if need be.
