Why doesn't my employees hours show up in "run payroll?"

Employee added.  Activated.  Timecards done.  Her time doesn't show up for the last two weeks.  This is the second pay cycle since beginning square payroll and the last time didn't work either.  Support fixed it, but after it was too late.
