Virtual Terminal: Error 'no terminal location found'

I have a desk top computer and log in to virtual terminal . then it says no terminal location found. cant process anything.

When you login to your online Dashboard, you'll see a section that says Virtual Terminal, which allows you to process payments on your computer. This is what you're referring to, right? Or are you talking about the handheld Terminal that you can run cards through?

If you're seeing some sort of error message when using the Virtual Terminal on your computer, try out these troubleshooting steps and see if that helps. If not, you can always give our CS team a call so they can check it out with you.
