Hello,
I recently integrated Printful with my Square account, but I cannot make any of my items visible in my store. When I go to edit the item, I select "Visible" under Visibility and then set the item to be "visible on all websites" by selecting my domain. However, when I go to save these changes I keep getting the "Something Went Wrong" message.
To my knowledge, every field is filled out properly. I am using Chrome (I read somewhere that it could be a browser issue.) - Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong here?

HI, I understand you reviewed all the settings in Square. Did you review all the settings within Printful?
Also, there is a known issue with Square Sync. If you are attempting to import during the busiest time of the day, there will be a significant lag.

I noticed that you may have to do this on the web versus on mobile. So while on the website on SQUARE, go to ONLINE. Choose the list of colorful blocks that list approximately 9 blocks. Choose ONLINE. Then choose ITEMS. Then go to SITE ITEMS and then at the top right corner theres an option that says ADD FROM ITEM LIBRARY. Once you submit it to add, you should see it on your list. You may have to make adjustments like its categories, location and so forth. But after doing this, it solved all my problems and I was able to SAVE on the screen you said it appeared as SOMETHING WENT WRONG. Hope this helps.
