URGENT — Item Reordering is Broken on Square Online

We are unable to reorder items on our Order Online page using the sidebar as we normally would. It seems as though the pending merge of Online with Square categories has broken that feature. We are unable to add and rearrange new items for the new month on our website. We need a quick fix.

 

It's a real bummer when features that we rely on get broken with no recourse like this.

Ughhhh… I finally found where you moved it. I hope this isn't the final state because it is not easier at this point.

Also, in the process of migrating all my categories and items, Square reordered all my items by placing the first item in every category at the very end. Now I'm having to move the first item back to the top of the list in every category. Y'all need to be far more proactive with notifying users about changes like these. They're brutal when you're trying to make routine weekly updates and **bleep** has been moved.
