Turn off Passcode in Square for Retail

Everything I have found on turning off the passcode at the POS is outdated. Is there a way to turn off this passcode log in for Square for Retail?

While the option to disable passcodes won't come up in your Square for Retail app, you can use the standard point of sale app to turn passcodes off. Follow these steps:

1. From the navigation menu, tap More.
2. Tap Settings > Security > Passcodes.
3. Toggle off Allow Team Passcode.
