I upgraded to square for retail and need to get end or year inventory report

I upgraded in late December from the "free online" and entered all my COGS at the time I upgraded.  When I go to Inventory reports, not all my inventory shows up, and it certainly doesn't show all the COGS vs retail.  Can someone assist me?

Yeah I also need to propagate a report showing total $$ value of my entire inventory.

I see this is your first community post and would like to officially welcome you! 

Which one of the reports is missing inventory? 

As for the cost of goods sold report, what you see in the COGS column accounts for the cost at the time of sale. This means that if you add unit costs or shipping costs after a sale of a particular item, those costs will not show on the report, as they cannot be retroactively applied to previous transactions. 

To get the value of your entire inventory, I would suggest looking at the Inventory by Category report. 

The https://squareup.com/dashboard/items/inventory/reports/category compares the data from the previous two reports to show the cumulative value of your inventory by category, including your profit margin by item category, total inventory value, and potential profit. 

Although it does not show a total for all categories combined, you can always export the report and add all categories.
