Transaction details not showing
We use Square Up to process our Squarespace retail transactions. Yesterday during the SquareUp issues we attempted to process multiple transactions. Transactions are showing in our Square Up log but we are unable to access details, the arrow simply cycles. We have multiple transactions for the same purchase and need to refund buyers. Further, these Square transactions are not showing in paid out reports or Squarespace reports. Shame Square Uo cannot offer its customers Customer Service over the weekend. Anyone else struggling with this? Unfortunately I will not use Square today at my brick and mortar business.

try viewing your transactions here on a laptop or computer https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/transactions rather than in the app. maybe it will show up here for you. weird that it is there but that you can't get more info.
