Time based ticket for Event

I run a farm market and corn maze.  We have always just sold tickets in our store.

With Covid-19 we are looking to limit the number of entries per hour and sell online and at the entrance.

1. How do create an event with 50 tickets available per hour. For example the corn maze is open from 10 am to 10pm.  I would like to keep less than 100 people in the maze at a time.

2. How do we sell these online and in person, then automatically display as sold out (online and in store) when the number is reached (checking the inventory is not an option).

3. Scan or redeem the tickets at the entrance (to make sure a ticket is only used once)?

4. Sell group packages that deduct from the 50 tickets in bunches of 10 for a special price?

Is this something that is possible with square or do i need to look into some other ticketing solution.  It needs to be quick and easy to work.
