Square processing fees

My retail store will do about $600,000 in business in its first year. The average ticket price is $30.00. Am I eligible to receive a better rate?

Hey @peteypablo.  According to this Square document, you seem to be eligible.  I’m sure there are hoops to jump through to verify your sales estimate is based on solid footing, but it sounds like you need to click the link below to contact the sales team.  Good luck!

If your annual sales exceed $250,000 and have an average ticket size of over $15, contact sales.

I do believe that the volume you said would get you a custom rate, but you will need to show the sales volume for a while before you’re eligible. Projections unfortunately won’t count towards a decision on rate adjustments. 

it wouldn’t hurt to give support a ring anyways: they will tell you the specifics needed for a custom rate.
