Square holding money

Square owes my small CBD store $17k. They stopped depositing our funds months ago. At first, I would do whatever they said to do do be in compliance, and they would release the funds for items we had sold in our store. Then they stopped depositing our funds even when we made all the changes they requested. And some requests were impossible to satisfy. For example, our site is in violation for not removing kratom from our website. But we do not have kratom on our website. We did at one time, briefly, about three years ago. So we've changed processors. That took some time and we're lucky we survived. I've had almost no response from email. Phone calls always end the same way. I'm told the matter will be escalated and I will hear from someone in two days. One person, on the phone at Square, suggested I withdraw from the CBD program. We were beta users and used the platform for five years. I withdrew. Now the dashboard is telling me to apply to the program again. The customer service used to be so good at Square. Now it's disappeared. But this goes beyond customer service. This is a large business, borrowing money, at 0%, from a small business.
