Square for retail new interface

We are having a few frustrations with the latest update. Changing quantities in a cart, if the cart has been saved and reopened you can not use the +/- buttons to adjust quantity, you have to scan it again. We hate that the carts automatically input a date stamp, instead of letting us put a name in, we first have to erase. Also we are having issues of items disappearing from a cart once it has been saved and reopened, (this is terrible). Some item we sell whole or a part, we much preferred when the options showed in a list instead of having to click on the quantity to see the options.
