Square Online email confirmations don't always have full customer information

For pickup orders, the customer information is missing from the confirmation email.   Where can I fix this?

HI, you can find it from Online Dashboard, Settings, Checkout, upper right Advanced Settings, scroll down to Always Collect Buyers Address.

Hi Ellie,

 

Thanks for responding.  I found out from buying a product on my online store, that I was not receiving an order confirmation.  I later found it in my spam folder.  I reached out to Square yesterday and they are looking into it.
