Hi there. I work for a small health food market that sells a variety of items including candles, self care products, bags, novelty, etc. We have an Instagram page and shop that is connected to Square, but for some reason, the items added to Square do not automatically sync to the IG shop. I spoke with a Square representative yesterday, and they checked the account and confirmed that everything was set up correctly for Square to be automatically syncing added items to the IG and Facebook shops.
Does anyone have an idea about what the issue may be? Thank you!

Sorry you are having issues with the Square Online Syncing. I know you stated you spoke to someone, but was that general support or someone in the actual Square Online Team?
If you didn't speak directly with Square Online I would reach out. They can file a ticket and look further into this. 1-855-700-6000. Square online is available Monday -Friday 6 am -6 pm. Saturday -Sunday 8 am -5 pm PST.
